Arguably Nigeria’s most famous comedian, Basketmouth is known for his very outspoken nature.

On Sunday, October 18, 2015, Basketmouth at the Felabration event was asked what he thought about Helen Paul and Gordons’ rift on stage that went viral a couple of weeks ago.

Basketmouth couldn’t be bothered about the incident, and said so in his reply. “Honestly I don’t care. That’s the truth. I really don’t care. If they want to beat themselves on stage let them do it. I don’t care” he said.

In another interview, Koffi spoke about what went down between Helen Paul and Gordons’ on stage.

“I will just tell them ‘please, there are some things we don’t do in public space.’ They are both my friends. Helen is my baby, Gordons na my guy. So I would say sometimes egbon should do like egbon, aburo should do like aburo” he said.

“Whatever transpired that they now brought out to the public they should have settled it…there’s nothing to it” he further added.
